Family Law Study Group Meetings
As a State Bar of California-approved MCLE provider, White, Zuckerman, Warsavsky, Luna & Hunt is dedicated to providing quality continuing education programs. As our way of giving back to the Family Law community, we host several Family Law Study Groups throughout Southern California. We meet at 5:30 p.m. for a short social time, followed by dinner at 6:00 p.m. and the one-hour presentation at 7:00 p.m. Attendees receive one hour of CLE credit. There is no charge for the dinner or presentation. These meetings are open to practicing Family Law attorneys. Listed below are some recently covered subjects:

Additionally, we regularly invite both sitting and retired judicial officers as our guest speakers. Recent speakers from Los Angeles County include Judge Anne Kiley, Judge Firdaus Dordi, Hon. Gretchen W. Taylor (Ret.), Hon. Kendra Thomas, Judge Sonia B. Dujan, Judge Elizabeth Scully, Judge Harvey Silberman (Ret.), and Judge Michelle Short. Recent speakers from Orange County include Judge Thomas J. Lo, Hon. Eileen M. Solis, Judge Claudia Silbar (Ret.), and Judge Yolanda V. Torres.
The groups meet in the following locations:
- West Los Angeles – Meets in Santa Monica (Monthly)
- San Gabriel Valley – Meets in Pasadena (Monthly)
- Orange County – Meets in Irvine (Monthly)
- West Valley – Meets in Woodland Hills (Bi-Monthly)
- South Bay – Meets in Manhattan Beach (Quarterly)
- Santa Barbara – Meets in Downtown Santa Barbara (Quarterly)
